Unexpected joy in a cozy room

The room was spacious, and the ski-in/ski-out access provided very nice convenience. The staff were really nice .

The check-in process was burdensome, which dampened the excitement. We waited longer than expected because of parking issues.

Our room was a nice size, also it had a shared balcony, a safe box, and coffee. The location was perfect and magnificent, just off restaurants, shops, groceries, liquor, activities and pedestrian walkway and easily accessible.

Good place with great wi-fi, ski storage, and a relaxing hot tub. The staff even helped me get sim cards on my first stay, which I really appreciated. I'm excited to return for Christmas!

caring employees on check-out, a nice size and well-kept room. warm breakfast and stunningly beautiful views of the mountain. location really close to the fantastic waterfalls and a different restaurant and the rental shop called " mcsporties ". public parking close to hotel provided.

Comfortable room, great breakfast. The bed was very cozy after a long day of hiking and my family loved the jacuzzi available for relaxation.

It was all superb.

Quiet, relaxing, comfortable spot for us to get away to. We got the rest we came for, a little longer would have been nice but we didn't have the time.

A pool would have been nice, but we managed without it.

Services is good, even off season. Room rates off season are extremely low for what you get. Surroundings are beautiful and very suitable for outdoor sports. It is a ski-resort though, so no village or anything else to do in case of bad wheater.

Excellent hotel and very friendly and helpful staff

Location was a lot further away from Salmon Arm than it says on Booked.net - so it was about 90kms out of our way which was too long for an overnight stop
